Summary: Directly supervises production employees involved in machine, process, fabrication, assembly, or similar production operations. Accomplishes overall manufacturing goals and is proactive in process improvement. Evaluates and gives performance feedback to individuals. Facilitates conflict resolution. Enforces work rules. Supervises 1-30 employees. Handles special projects, as assigned.Job Duties/Responsibilities • This position requires advanced administrative skills to independently complete complex production and general accounting duties. • Requires similar PC, database management and accounting skills as outlined in Production Field Administrator III. • Prepares special production reports, field accruals, and analyses actual performance versus budget. • Makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work for self and others. • May be responsible for supervision, development, training of more junior staff, and assisting Manager position.

Quality Engineer – Forum Energy

Job Title Quality Engineer Location OK – Sulphur Hwy 7 – Sulphur, OK 73030 US (Primary) Job Description


Responsible for fulfilling the role of Forum Quality expert; this is a hands-on position.  Ensure the quality of the parts produced at Forum meet all customer expectations; quickly and effectively take action when non-conformances are found.  Monitor vendor performance and communicate with suppliers on quality issues for resolution, returns and credits. Maintain the most recent interpretations of the quality system requirements and therefore ensure that documented practices meet the true interpretation of the quality management system standards.



  1. Collaborate with Forum supplier quality and engineering personnel to determine critical part features and review manufacturability of design.  Make recommendations to modify part specifications and tolerances as necessary to support cost effective production.
  2. Work with Engineering to determine critical inspection requirements of received product in conjunction with API Q1 and 6A requirements to maximize throughput in the Receiving Inspection function.
  3. Provide support to operations ensuring consistent application of quality techniques
    1. Resolve quality issues of capability, tolerancing, and materials related issues.
    2. Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.
    3. Effectively communicate and reinforce Forum’ commitment to quality improvement efforts
  4. Participate in the Advanced Product Quality Planning activities to determine appropriate use of existing and new measurement systems
  5. Coordinate pre-launch production trial run process monitoring.
  6. Participate in the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  7. Participate in Management of Change reviews.
  8. Maintain Control Plans and FMEA’s throughout the life of the part.
  9. Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action.
  • Perform duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of Forum’ customers.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Lead PPM improvement plan for critical suppliers.
  1. Apply appropriate use of statistical techniques.
  2. Determine and apply appropriate Measurement System Analysis tools.

Systems Management

  • Recommend and implement enhancements to the quality system that result in improved corporate quality performance, increased customer satisfaction, and/or simplification of processes to reduce costs.
  • Operate within the controlled document system, to include a final review of all changes to procedures, work instructions, forms, master lists and other associated documents to ensure quality certification requirements are met.
  • Participate in quality reporting and management review process
    • Manage quality metrics and process findings and recommendations to the management review team.

Job Requirements


Minimum Technical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five – seven years’ experience operating in a API Q1 and 6A Environment
  • Exceptional mechanical aptitude (i.e. intuitive understanding of mechanical processes)
  • Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous audit experience.

Preferred Technical Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of machining and assembly processes
  • Formal training and previous experience as a Lead Internal Auditor.
  • Project management experience.
  • Certified Quality Engineer.
  • Background in GD&T.

Computer Skills:  In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office required.  Experience with other quality software applications beneficial. (e.g. statistical analysis)

    • Partner with local management to implement corrective actions identified during audits, self-inspections, supervisor investigations, etc.
    • Coordinate investigations and produce required documentation to assist in determining accident classification, corrective action needed and/ or to provide support to the Claims Department.
    • Regulatory Support to include OSHA and DOT.
    • Attend and support Safety Committees within the facilities.
    • Implement Focus Facility program as per company guidelines.
    • Assist Safety Manager with various projects as assigned.
    • Oversee the process of the Environmental Health and Safety Program.

Safety Specialist – MWH

MWH Constructors (MWHC), a nationally recognized heavy civil construction company is currently looking for a Safety Specialist/Assistant to support a large wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) project in Dallas, TX.


MWHC provides construction management-at-risk, construction management-as-agent, design-build and general contracting services for water and wastewater facilities.

Under limited supervision from the Project Manager, the primary responsibilities are:

Assist in the control of hazardous working conditions and unsafe employee activities.

Assist with work area surveillance inspections, air-sampling tests for confined space entry, property damage and personal injury investigations.

Provide documentation of accidents, safety violations, and unsafe conditions/activities.

Assist with the creation of documentation to insure all required records and reports are complete, accurate and submitted per established procedures, and implement appropriate corrective action as required.

  • Industry recognized certification such as; National Safety Council Advanced Certificate or Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Hygeine, Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering, or another field.
  • Thorough knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and State and Local regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
