The general scope of the position includes advising site managers, conducting observations, coaching employees, conducting audits, generating reports, maintaining records, incident analysis, developing best practices, writing procedures, developing backups for key personnel, customer relations, and regulatory compliance.

Location: The Southwest Regional Safety, Quality and Environmental Coordinator will be based at the Jewett Texas location. The regional coordinator will also travel two to three times a month to assist at other operations in the US southwest and Mexico.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years work experience managing an industrial safety program. Applicants with Associate, Bachelors or Masters Degree in an ABET accredited Safety degree is preferred but no required. Being able to speak Spanish is also highly desired.
