My client is a $2.5 billion company and is the world’s largest manufacturer of aloe vera products. They are also the largest exporter within the Dallas metropolitan area with the distribution of its products in over 130 countries throughout the world. The company occupies a 280,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Dallas, Texas. The Company has been in operation since the early 1980’s with product operations relocated to the current facility in the spring of 2006.
The Company has implemented and maintains an environmental management system based on the international standard ISO 14001:2004. The Company has also implemented and maintains a health and safety management system based on the British standard OHSAS 18001:1999.

Program Manager Incident Strategy Trainer (2/4/10)

This position requires an experienced manager to drive security strategies and programs in support of our client facilities/operations worldwide. The professional in this position will provide guidance to the key business leaders in the North and South Americas region and assist with security incidents as appropriate, leveraging existing physical security services. This manager will work on designing, conducting and evaluating training, exercises and preparedness planning focused on catastrophic natural and manmade disaster scenarios. The incumbent will develop, write and revise emergency and incident response plans. Applies an extensive background in emergency management at the federal, state or local EM level, and leverage their experience in training executive level management personnel in emergency response. Responsibilities:
- Manage all tactical details related to the implementation of Global Security’s Incident Management (IMP) program strategy in the North and South America region.
- Training Sr. level management and implementing our client’s Incident Management Plan (IMP) in the America’s (North and South America).
- Develop and maintain supportive relationships with Global Security personnel in the North and South America region by providing value added information, resources, and training to further drive the IMP program forward.

Essential Functions:
- Conducts account evaluations and provides loss control services for the most complex accounts, which have the greatest degrees of technical and/or service management difficulty.

Drilling Field Safety Representative (1/5/10)

Our client is seeking to fill the position of Drilling Field Safety Representative. The successful candidate will focus on drilling safety and environmental conditions as they pertain to COI drilling operations. The employee will be based out of Elk City and responsible for drilling rigs located in Western Oklahoma, the Texas Panhandle, New Mexico and Western Texas.
