Is responsible for all of the Safety, Health, Environmental, Quality and Loss Prevention programs. They are seeking a natural leader with experience to minimize the frequency and severity of accidents and injuries.

Base is dependent on experience, and overall compensation is very competitive in the market. An equity position is also part of the compensation package. They need "A" players that do not need to be hand-held, someone that is an entrepreneur.

You will work with all departments/functions on the development and implementation of safety, quality and loss prevention programs. Makes recommendations to management for resolution and corrective action related to incidents, first aids, and near miss accidents. Prepares and conducts training programs related to OSHA regulations and ISO protocols.

You should have extensive experience in wind energy O&M services.
